1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ErrandOwl Pakistan ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Services

ErrandOwl is a marketplace platform that connects clients seeking services with independent taskers who provide those services. ErrandOwl does not directly employ taskers and is not responsible for the quality of work performed.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Fees

Clients agree to pay the quoted price plus a 10% service fee. Payments are processed securely through PayFast. Taskers receive 85% of the task price, with the remaining 15% retained as a platform fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel bookings up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Late cancellations may result in a fee of up to 25% of the booking value.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If unresolved, ErrandOwl will mediate. Our Happiness Pledge ensures fair outcomes for all parties.
