Pricing varies by task and tasker. Each tasker sets their own hourly rate. You can compare rates before booking. A 10% service fee is added to cover platform costs and insurance.
Are taskers background checked?+
Yes! Every tasker goes through a comprehensive background check and CNIC verification before being approved to join the platform. Look for the verified badge on their profile.
What if I'm not satisfied?+
We have a Happiness Pledge. If you're not satisfied with the work, contact our support team and we'll work to make it right, including re-doing the task or providing a refund.
How do payments work?+
All payments are processed securely through our platform via PayFast. We support JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. You're only charged when the task is completed.
