At ErrandOwl, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with a completed task, we'll work with you to make it right.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Task was not completed as described
  • Tasker did not show up at the scheduled time
  • Quality of work was significantly below standard
  • Overcharging beyond the agreed estimate

Refund Process

Submit a refund request within 48 hours of task completion through your dashboard or by emailing support@errandowl.com.pk. We will review your case within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Fees

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations: up to 25% of booking value. No-shows by clients: full charge may apply.
